Undertake a brand strategy and positioning for this established brand that would allow them to access new audiences, relate to younger audiences and meet their aggressive targets for fundraising over a five year plan.

Breadbox Marketing undertook extensive industry research to understand the nature of giving, so that Variety WA could better target the most valuable segments.

As a result of research and high level brand direction gained, Variety WA went on to create a unique creative campaign that allowed them to reach their targets ahead of time.
