It begins with a brief, dives into research, and emerges with a strategy that is ready for design and execution – it’s how we roll.


  1. UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS
    The all-important consultation. It is in the initial stage that the collaboration begins and we gain knowledge from the ones who know the business and brand better than anyone else – you, the client.

  2. RESEARCH THE MARKET
    Analysing the market. Familiarising ourselves with the industry landscape and developing a comprehensive competitor analysis is imperative. What are the others doing? What is the market situation?

  3. DEFINE THE AUDIENCE
    Defining the demographics and psychographics of your consumers and future customers. We look at how they behave, where they are spending their time, and when they are the most responsive to your message.

  4. DEVELOP THE STRATEGY
    The point of differentiation. Finding your brand’s single-minded proposition is the key to defining a message that resonates with the target audience and drives action.

  5. CREATE THE CAMPAIGN
    Design, art direction, copywriting, production. This is the stage where all the strategy planning and research comes together with a succinct idea that expresses it all and demands attention from the right people.

  6. TAKE THE MESSAGE TO MARKET
    Planning and delivery. Whether it is a full-scale media and public relations launch, a soft launch with internal communications and stakeholder relations, or a full digital campaign, we package everything up and choose where and when your message will be seen.

  7. MEASURE THE RESULTS
    Post-campaign analysis. Once the hard yards are completed we meticulously monitor the results and apply the learnings to further improve the campaign.
